I’m Sammy, the founder of Mermaid Transformations, an immersive experience that brings together water, training, and creative exploration.

My work is rooted in a deep connection to water and the way it can shift how we move, create, and experience ourselves.
For a long time, mermaids seemed to appear in subtle, unexpected ways—something I couldn’t fully explain at the time, but couldn’t ignore either. Over time, that awareness became something I could step into more fully through training and certification.

From there, Mermaid Transformations began to take shape.

I created it as a space where skill and artistry come together—through training, portrait experiences, and multi-day immersions in natural spring environments.

In many ways, this work has evolved alongside me, opening paths I couldn’t have anticipated. And it continues to grow.
At its core, Mermaid Transformations is about helping people enter the water in a new way—building confidence, exploring creativity, and experiencing something that feels both grounding and expansive.
